These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and nustatgame ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the nustatgame website located at https://nustatgame.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you agree to these Terms unconditionally.
"Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the nustatgame Platform. "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming, including those issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money Balance. "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded gaming activity placed through the Platform.
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nustatgame. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
2.2 nustatgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material amendments will be communicated via the email address registered to your Account.
2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. nustatgame reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts where age cannot be verified.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. nustatgame makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain a single Account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). nustatgame is required under Applicable Laws to verify the identity of its Members. You agree to submit such documentation as nustatgame reasonably requests, including government-issued identification. Failure to complete identity verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nustatgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.2 You must notify nustatgame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.3 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.4 nustatgame recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nustatgame currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change at nustatgame's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits are generally credited to your Balance immediately upon confirmation. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes indicated for each payment method. nustatgame does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Same-Method Rule. nustatgame may require that withdrawal funds be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustatgame is not responsible for any foreign exchange costs or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5.6 Unclaimed Funds. nustatgame reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to Accounts that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to advance written notice.
6.1 All Wagers are final once confirmed. nustatgame will not reverse a confirmed Wager except in cases of manifest technical error, as determined solely by nustatgame.
6.2 nustatgame reserves the right to void any Wager placed after the relevant event or game outcome has been determined, whether or not this was known to the Member at the time of placement.
6.3 Minimum and maximum Wager limits are displayed within each game and may be amended by nustatgame at any time.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game, nustatgame's records shall be the definitive source of truth for the outcome, subject to independent audit where required.
6.5 nustatgame uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) for all digital games. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by nustatgame, the game provider, or the Member.
7.1 Bonuses and promotional offers are governed by specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion. Those specific terms shall apply in addition to, and in the event of conflict shall prevail over, these general Terms.
7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in individual promotion terms.
7.3 nustatgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to reclaim Bonus Funds that have been obtained through abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
7.4 One bonus per Member per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sharing bonuses between Accounts is prohibited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustatgame Platform:
nustatgame reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.
9.1 nustatgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, wagering limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from every Account dashboard.
9.2 If you believe your gaming has become problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which is effective immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires.
9.3 nustatgame complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. Members may seek assistance through nustatgame's 24/7 support team or through PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.
9.4 nustatgame reserves the right to impose additional responsible gaming measures on any Account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour.
10.1 All content on the nustatgame Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of nustatgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.
11.1 nustatgame provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, nustatgame excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Platform and its content.
11.2 nustatgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
11.3 nustatgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting nustatgame support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
12.2 nustatgame may suspend or permanently terminate your Account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason required by Applicable Laws or regulatory directives.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to nustatgame's internal complaints process. If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.
